Region sports is doing a flag football tournament for Priests and Men.  The Priests are playing this Thursday at 7 pm at the Riverton Stake Center (1855 W 13400 S).  Please reach out to me ASAP if you would like to participate.  Teachers would be allowed to play up as well.  We are hoping to put together 2 teams from our stake.  I would like to get a count by Wednesday evening so please let me know before then. 

The men will be playing on Friday at 630 pm at South Hills Middle school.  Please let me know ASAP if you are interested in playing.

Because of the tournament on Thursday, we will not be having any games this week at the Bluffdale Stake Center.  We will pick up again the following week.

Basketball Clinic

• Basketball season is coming up.  The season will start on Jan 4th.  Please begin passing around roster sheets.  I would like to have rosters by December 24th.  

• Sister April Jones of the 1st ward has been gracious enough to offer up her time and has offered to do a basketball clinic for any of the youth on December 14th and 21st.  YW will be from 6:30-7:30 and YM from 7:30 to 8:30.  December 14th will be at the Parry Farms building and December 21st will be at the West building.  This is a great chance for some of the youth that haven't really been exposed to basketball to come learn some of the basics before jumping right into playing.
