Choosing an "All day" meeting that recurs weekly will provide a more streamlined experience
Add class members to the meeting in advance if possible
Class members that are not added to the meeting can still join using the link but will need to be admitted manually
Send the meeting link to your Ward Technology Specialist to be included on the Stake website
