Scheduling a Meeting with Google Meet


  • Schedule a recurring meeting using (Google Account needed)

    • Choosing an "All day" meeting that recurs weekly will provide a more streamlined experience

  • Add class members to the meeting in advance if possible

    • Class members that are not added to the meeting can still join using the link but will need to be admitted manually

  • Send the meeting link to your Ward Technology Specialist to be included on the Stake website

    • (Recurring meetings all use the same meeting link)
